Chuck Keller has lived in the Los Angeles area for over 30 years. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arkansas State University, Chuck experienced selling to national high end retailers such as Neiman Marcus and Nordstom when he was an Account Sales Represenative for the couture line St. John Knits. Chuck took a “relatively unknown company at the time only known on the west coast” called Nordstrom exclusively and developed it into St. John’s # 3 account within the first year. He was the family owned company’s youngest sales account executive.
Later, he developed and pursued his passion in real estate through remodeling and developing many properties as well as representing buyers and sellers in the Los Angeles and Palm Springs area. Chuck has lived all over the Westside of Los Angeles from Hancock Park to West Hollywood, through the Hollywood Hills, Sunset Plaza and Bel Air. With Chuck and his partner’s vacation rental properties in Palm Springs and Fort Lauderdale, Chuck has great experience with assisting his clients with second home and vacation rental investments. Chuck understands his client’s real estate holding is most likely the single largest asset in their financial portfolio. Knowing this, each transaction must be handled with the most extreme care and attention to achieve his client’s needs and success.
Communication is his first priority with his clients. Residential real estate is personal and Chuck is very connected to his Buyer’s wants and needs. He listens to what they want and finds it. His relationships with agents help him gets his buyer’s offer accepted as they know Chuck is someone who is experienced and will close the deal. In representing Sellers, Chuck helps his clients maximize their value in their home. Most of his listings are bidding wars netting his sellers the highest possible net gain on their property. His priority with all of his clients is to keep them informed and keep their stress level low as real estate can be very intense. The best compliment he receives is when his clients return to him to help them with their next transaction or refer him to their friends.
